"As someone who has always been frightened of the dentist and put off going for years I was recommended Phillips Dentistry in Darlington from a friend. As most nervous patients I went to my first appointment after chipping a front tooth and I was petrified. Megan took her time to talk to me and make me feel relaxed enough to exam me and discuss what needed doing. On my second appointment I was still nervous which wasn’t a problem to Megan and yet again she was patient with me and took things at a pace I was comfortable with. 6 appointment in I have absolutely no fear of going to get any work done and have since had composite veneers done which I absolutely love and sat for about an hour and a half without panicking in the slightest. I really can’t stress enough how fantastic Megan is. not only in her work but also her warmth and friendliness. All the staff are super friendly and the waiting room and treatment rooms are relaxing, immaculate and state of the art equipment. I really can’t put into words how different my views are on dentists now after spending 40 years being petrified to now looking forward to my visits. Well I say dentists but I only mean this one 👌"

"I've been part of this practise for a long time and I have always had good service .There has been lots of changes to the practice,all good ! Scott is always very understanding and helpful ( especially to an OAP) I feel nervous when I go ,but am put at ease with Scott and his staff. My husband goes to this practise too ,he has Parkinson's ,but he feels comfortable there. Would definitely recommend"
