Practice Owner and Principal Dentist Dr Scott Phillips grew up in Gibraltar and moved to Newcastle in 2008 to start Dental School. Since graduating in 2013, he has worked in a variety of practices in County Durham whilst furthering his education in advanced dental care.
In early 2017, Scott bought this dental practice and began a complete refurbishment of the premises in the summer of 2019. The entire team was involved and is extremely proud of the results. It is now a gorgeous place where we can work, looking after the smiles of our lovely patients.
Scott’s main care focuses involve the rehabilitation of smiles through the use of dental implants, sedation and endodontic treatment. His postgraduate qualifications have allowed him to become a Full Member of both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
He is also involved in the mentoring and tutoring of other dental professionals, being approved by the Royal College of Surgeons of England to mentor in Conscious Sedation Techniques and by the Association of Dental Implantology to mentor in all aspects of Implant Dentistry.
He is currently a Co-Course Lead on the Smilefast Implants Post Graduate Diploma, an innovative and inspiring program educating all dental professionals in all aspects of Implant Dentistry.
